Eboni Beckford-Chambers

Eboni is a real inspiration to the team given she is not only a top level netball superstar but she also balances this with her career as a successful lawyer. You can watch a day in Eboni’s life in the fiklm below

Current captain of Team Bath, Eboni was made England Under-21 captain in 2007 and just a year later in 2008, she made her full International debut against Malawi. Since then, Beckford-Chambers has been a regular face in the England set-up, and in 2010 picked up a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi with the Roses. She helped England to a World Championship Bronze and later in 2011, followed that up by winning a World Series gold medal in Liverpool, defeating New Zealand 33-26 in the final. 2012 was a big year for Beckford-Chambers as she was made the captain of England’s silver medal winning World Series squad and since then she went on to win Player of the Series in England’s historic Series win over Australia in 2013 and gain a bronze at the 2015 World Cup, defeating Jamaica 66-44 in Sydney.

Eboni attended our key event at Lords and spoke of how she felt Coach Core was really helping young people gain valuable skills such as leadership, time management and organisation which helps prepares them for the world of work.
